Shipping policy

All orders of $30 and over are eligible for free shipping via Aramex NZ or other commercial courier service using a tracked service.

Orders whose value are less than $30 will be charged a flat fee of $3 with orders also dispatched via Aramex NZ.

Orders are processed each business day between 9am-5pm.

Standard delivery times are normally 2-3 days depending on location.

Customers will receive a confirmation email when their order is dispatched with the tracking number.
